To sign up and start using Tickt, you will need:
– Email address
– Driver’s licence or Passport
– Phone number (for 2-step authorisation)
– ABN (Australian Business Number)
– Payment method (Builders: Credit card and/or bank account. Tradies: bank account)
There are two ways to use our support service. Either via the in-app chat feature or by sending an email to support@tickt.com.au.
By contacting support, we can help you with your account, your profile or any tech issues you may be experiencing. You can also reach out with any feedback you have about our products and services.

The Tickt app is available to download on both the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store.
Using the app is a convenient way to post, view, accept and manage jobs while you’re on-the-go. All of the same features are available on both the app and the website.
The Tickt app can be downloaded from both the App Store and the Google Play Store.
If you’re experiencing any issues with the app, make sure you have the latest version of the app by either updating this on the Google Play Store or the App Store.
If you are still having problems, contact Tickt Support for further troubleshooting and investigation.
Setting up your public profile is easy.
Navigate to your Profile area. Here you can edit your profile information, banking details, view saved jobs and change your settings.
Tap ‘Profile information’ to add your logo, name and business. Add some information about your business to the ‘About’ section, upload images of your work to the ‘portfolio’ and add your areas of specialisation. Save your changes and your updated profile will be visible to the public.
Click the ‘Post Job’ button. Here you can:
– Name the job and give it a description
– Select what trade you require, choose a category and add any specialisations tags you need
– Select the location of the job
– Set the job type (For quoting, per hour or fixed price)
– Choose the timing of the job using the calendar
– Add job milestones
– Upload images, a video or any supporting documents
– Review your job and post it!
Clicking on the ‘Jobs’ tab will take you to your Job Dashboard. Here you will see three tabs: Active, Applied & Past.
Active: Here is where your live jobs are kept.
Applied: This is where you can see what jobs you have applied for and are waiting for a response.
Past: Here you can view past or recently completed jobs.
While Tickt is free to join, we take a small commission on any successfully completed job.
Our rates work on a sliding scale depending on the value of the job.
Commission rates:
$1 – $500: 7%
$501 – $1000: 5%
$1001 – $2500: 3%
$2501 – $5000: 2%
$5001+ : 1%
Secure payments (via Stripe) will be paid within 2 business days to your nominated bank account.
Stripe is a leading payment gateway that enables businesses to safely and securely accept credit or debit card payments from customers without needing to set up a merchant account with their bank.
